I began taking photographs about five years ago, inspired by the beauty of everyday life.

Having grown up homeschooled, I often immersed myself in creative pursuits, drawing from the craftsmanship I saw in my father, a carpenter, and a potter whom I once worked for. The hands-on nature of these arts has shaped my focus on texture, detail and light, which now guide my exploration of botany’s intricate patterns and serene forms.
